Most of my guitars are set up in E standard, E Flat and D standard, but I have my Jim Root Telecaster Drop B and my B.C. Rich Mockingbird in Drop A and I use Ernie Ball Power Slinkys, and they are 11s. I can also tune them back up to E standard without to much of a problem. With the floyd you will need to keep adjusting the springs at the back to get your tension right. 11s are a heavy enough string gauge for the low tunings but also light enough to allow bending in E standard, so I'd go with 11s IMO. Hope this has helped.

I have JS1 Dinky and I use Ernie Ball 11's on mine for drop C. The only issue I have is that when trying to tune up to E or drop D, the strings will get stretched. This sometimes causes a constant retuning when I go back to drop C. I have the attenuation setup for lower tunings. I rarely ever tune to E due to the fact that I play a lot of deathcore/metalcore.
